Howard Financial is seeking a Recruiter Analyst who wants to grow fast. You'll work mainly on recruiting for accounting and finance roles across our verticals, and you'll also get involved in broader People projects. If you're curious about the full People function and not just recruiting, this is your place.

This is not a role where you wait for instructions. We need someone proactive, hungry, and willing to get their hands dirty: someone who sees a problem and takes it on.

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related People role.
• Excellent English, written and spoken for daily US-based collaboration.
• Proactive, ownership mindset; fast-paced and hands-on.
• High energy, drive, and enthusiasm for learning.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and outreach.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Keep ATS clean, updated, and reliable.
• Write and publish job postings and outreach messages.
• Track pipeline metrics and build reports for the team.
• Support People Ops as a secondary focus, drafting letters and internal communications.
• Bring ideas to improve recruitment processes and ways of working.
