Job summary

Howard is seeking a Recruiter Analyst to grow quickly by focusing on recruiting for accounting and finance roles across our verticals. You’ll be proactive, own your processes, and help shape broader People initiatives while supporting US-based teams.

You’ll own sourcing, screening, ATS maintenance, posting, and reporting, with opportunities to contribute to People projects and improve recruitment workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related People role.
• Excellent English, written and spoken: you'll work daily with US-based teams and clients.
• A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude: you take ownership and don’t wait to be told.
• High energy, drive, and enthusiasm for learning.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, and creative outreach
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Keep our ATS clean, updated, and reliable
• Write and publish job postings and outreach messages
• Track pipeline metrics and help build reports for the team
• Support People Ops as a secondary focus (recruiting always comes first): drafting work letters, preparing internal communications, and acting as a point of contact for team members' People questions
• Bring ideas to improve how we recruit and how we work

The role

We're looking for a Recruiter Analyst who wants to grow fast. You'll work mainly on recruiting, supporting hiring for accounting and finance roles across our verticals, and you'll also get involved in broader People projects. If you're curious about the full People function and not just recruiting, this is your place.

This is not a role where you wait for instructions. We need someone proactive, hungry, and willing to get their hands dirty: someone who sees a problem and takes it on.
