Bbva is seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to drive value across a global real estate investment portfolio. The role partners with Directors to oversee investments in Central and Latin American markets, with emphasis on hospitality and development projects.

The candidate will conduct fundamental analysis, perform due diligence, build financial models, and prepare investment memoranda for the Investment Committee, while monitoring portfolio performance and market trends in

• Experience managing a real estate investment portfolio across the Central and Latin American markets.
• Strong understanding of hospitality and development projects on a global scale.
• Financial acumen and technical construction knowledge to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and value creation.

• Conduct fundamental analysis and valuation of prospective investments across deal structures.
• Perform independent due diligence on investment memos from various vehicles.
• Evaluate business models, unit economics, regulatory environment, and technology viability for fintech/blockchain solutions.
• Prepare investment recommendation memoranda for submission to the Investment Committee.
• Maintain ongoing review of the portfolio, tracking KPIs and milestones.
• Produce independent performance analyses on a regular cadence.
• Identify underperforming positions and advise divestment strategies to the Investment Committee.
• Track developments in the global fintech/blockchain landscape for opportunities.
