AgileEngine is seeking a Software Quality Assurance professional in Argentina to join a fast-growing team delivering award-winning software for Fortune 500 brands and startups. You will design and run automated tests, perform manual validation, and help ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

You will write Gherkin, collaborate with product and engineering, manage test documentation, and participate in on-call rotations. The role offers flextime with work-from-home options and USD-based compensation.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a software quality assurance role.
• 3+ years of experience in automated testing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Holistic quality mindset.
• Experience writing and working with Gherkin for behavior-driven development.
• Experience with prompt engineering and harness engineering.
• Experience building Agentic skills focused on Quality Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Build regression automation scripts for app functionality.
• Manually test software for validation against defined criteria.
• Execute smoke, regression, integration, performance and other tests.
• Document feature behavior in detail.
• Record pass/fail criteria and link to bugs.
• Elevate risk to product quality and process.
• Collaborate with product team across SDLC and releases.
• Coordinate with customer-facing teams to integrate user feedback.
• Participate in refinement and estimations of effort.
• Use GitHub to manage automation repos and scripts.
• Participate in On-Call rotation.
