Job summary

Fullstack is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to lead desktop and mobile test automation while also performing manual testing. The role focuses on building robust automated suites and ensuring quality across platforms.

You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and collaborate with developers and product teams to define acceptance criteria. Experience with Playwright, WebDriverIO, Appium, Electron or React Native apps is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA automation, plus hands-on manual and exploratory testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
