We are hiring a Remote Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation for our applications. You will build and maintain automated test suites, integrate tests into CI/CD, and work with developers to define acceptance criteria.

The role also involves manual and exploratory testing to ensure quality across platforms. Requirements include 4+ years in QA automation, experience with Playwright, WebdriverIO, Appium, and testing Electron/React Native apps.

Formación

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on testing and automation.
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on with Playwright for desktop or web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps on real devices.
• Familiarity with AI tools in QA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
