Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own test automation for desktop and mobile applications, while also handling manual testing to ensure quality across platforms.

You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), use Playwright and WebdriverIO/Appium for automation, and contribute to AI-assisted QA for cutting-edge fintech products. This role offers remote work with international scope.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA automation with hands-on manual and exploratory testing
• Experience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions)
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop or web and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile
• Experience testing Electron and/or React Native apps including on real iOS/Android devices
• Experience using AI tools in QA and evaluating their outputs

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites
