Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own desktop and mobile test automation, ensure reliability of critical user flows, and contribute to the quality of our digital finance platform.

You will work across CI/CD pipelines with Playwright, WebdriverIO and Appium, perform manual and exploratory testing, investigate failures, and collaborate with developers to improve testability in a globally distributed team.

Formación

• Must have strong QA automation experience.
• Hands-on manual and exploratory testing required.
• Experience with modern testing tools and CI/CD integration.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes.
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features.
• Choose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.
