Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer with strong automation and manual testing skills for desktop and mobile apps. You will build and maintain automated tests, and collaborate across teams to improve quality.

This role emphasizes CI/CD (GitHub Actions), QA in AI-enabled contexts, and testing Electron/React Native apps on real devices. Remote, international team with flexible hours.

Competenze

• 4+ years in QA automation and manual testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Experience testing Electron and React Native apps.
• Experience using AI tools in QA is a plus.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation.
• Execute functional tests to validate features.
• Run smoke, regression, integration, and performance tests.
• Document feature behavior clearly.
• Log pass/fail criteria and correlate to bugs.
• Identify quality risks and escalate.
• Collaborate with product to ensure quality in SDLC.
• Coordinate with customer teams for feedback on testing.
• Estimate effort during refinement.
• Use GitHub to manage automation repos and scripts.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
