Sagan Recruitment seeks a CRM Coordinator for a remote role based in LATAM or the Philippines. The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

This is an independent contractor role offering a compensation of 1,500 USD per month. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with a remote team.

Formación

• Previous experience in operations, quality control, auditing, coordination, administration, or a similar role.
• Excellent written English communication — this is a critical requirement.
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence communicating with a remote team.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly recognize when something doesn't look right.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable handling exceptions rather than simply following instructions.
• Highly organized, reliable, and self-directed.
• Able to manage recurring daily responsibilities consistently without constant supervision.
• Comfortable working with software systems and learning new platforms quickly.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but not required.
