Simera is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from initiation to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and ensure quality standards are met in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate excels in communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Experience developing project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• English proficiency is required if the position involves working with English-speaking teams.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and manage projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and task trackers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure responsibilities and deadlines are clearly defined.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Track project budgets, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain clear and accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, blockers, and operational issues.
• Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders as required.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Track key project performance indicators and provide regular progress reports.
• Support process improvements and identify opportunities to increase project efficiency.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
• Conduct project reviews and document lessons learned to improve future initiatives.
