TGA – Think Global Advisory is seeking an experienced Project Manager & Account Director to be the main point of contact for clients while coordinating multidisciplinary remote teams across regions. This highly strategic, client-facing role focuses on building relationships, guiding projects, and driving growth through creative and digital solutions within an international client base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Account Management or Digital Marketing.
• Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience coordinating remote teams.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Client Success & Account Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, lead client meetings, translate goals into actionable projects, manage expectations and ensure outstanding customer experience.
• Project Management: Coordinate multiple projects, assign and monitor tasks, collaborate with remote teams, ensure on-time delivery and quality, improve workflows.
• Strategy & Digital Marketing: Provide recommendations on branding, websites, digital marketing and automation, review deliverables, stay updated on trends, support growth ideas.
