Dept® is seeking a Digital Project Coordinator to oversee creative campaigns for a US marketing agency. You will manage timelines, coordinate designers, copywriters, and strategists, and ensure campaigns move smoothly from kickoff to delivery in a fully remote setup.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience and strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines – Develop and adjust schedules across campaigns in platforms like Asana.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams – Work with designers, copywriters, and strategists to assign tasks and track progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources – Assess capacity and redistribute tasks to hit objectives.
• Track & Report Progress – Use reports to identify risks, escalate issues, and update stakeholders on status.
• Optimize Processes – Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement best practices.
• Facilitate Communication – Be the main contact for internal teams and ensure timely updates.
