Hyre is seeking a highly meticulous Probate Paralegal to support the Probate and Guardianship practice of a U.S. law firm on a long-term remote basis.

Working directly with the Lead Paralegal, you will ensure cases move efficiently from intake through completion, prioritizing accuracy and producing flawless legal documents. Responsabilidades

• Document Preparation: Prepare probate petitions, guardianship documents, and related forms using templates under attorney supervision.
• Data Accuracy & Verification: Populate forms accurately and review documents for completeness before attorney review.
• Proactive Case Management: Independently manage routine probate and guardianship matters and follow up to keep cases moving forward.
• File Organization & Deadlines: Maintain electronic case files and track deadlines with reminders to attorneys.
• Client & Third-Party Communication: Liaise with clients and coordinate with attorneys and couriers/vendors.
• Cross-Functional Support: Assist with Trust Administration and other tasks as needed.
