TopDog Law is a fully remote personal injury firm scaling nationally. We seek a Case Manager Lead to supervise the pre-litigation team, drive case velocity, and ensure high-quality documentation and compliance.

You will partner with the Pre-Litigation Attorney to align strategy and execution while mentoring a pod of case managers. Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in pre-litigation, strong leadership, and exceptional organization.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience supporting personal injury pre-litigation matters across multiple states or Arkansas.
• Proven experience leading a team of case managers and directing workflow toward timely settlements.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to summarize medical records and bills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 3–5 Pre-Litigation Case Managers within the pod and balance workloads.
• Provide coaching and day-to-day support to ensure case progression and documentation standards.
• Act as the operational liaison between case managers and the Pre-Litigation Attorney.
• Monitor MRI rates, advanced treatment rates, and ensure diagnostics are tracked.
• Drive case velocity and ensure settlements meet target values.
• Review case files for completeness before escalation to the attorney.
• Lead onboarding and training for new case managers joining the pod.
• Use dashboards and reporting tools to evaluate KPIs and drive process improvements.
