Job summary

TopDog Law, a nationally scaling personal injury firm, is hiring a Case Manager to own client relationships from intake through settlement. You will connect clients with care, move cases forward with urgency, and manage high volumes with precision and empathy.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years PI pre-litigation experience, strong organization, and excellent communication. This is a fully remote position with competitive benefits and a focus on ownership and impact.

• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team

The Opportunity

People come to TopDog Law at one of the hardest moments of their lives: injured, overwhelmed, and unsure of what comes next. What You Bring

Required:

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Arkansas
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills?
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Experience in a high-volume or fast-growing law firm
• Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures
• Experience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate)
• Comfort working in evolving systems and processes
