Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on financial accounting and reporting responsibilities.
• Experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on with multiple financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365).
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of AI training or data evaluation is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end workpapers.
• Identify errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess workflows across NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI outputs and create training scenarios.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
