Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support AI training and evaluation across accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. Remote, worldwide engagement with flexible schedule.

You will review AI-generated accounting outputs, annotate financial statements, and ensure accurate journal entries and month-end close. Strong English and experience with major financial systems are required.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A with substantial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
Identify accounting errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide corrections with clear rationale.
Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.
Apply written rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
Create realistic accounting scenarios, examples, and reference answers for AI training.
Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and financial reporting.
