YO AI Labs seeks a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to support a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You will apply accounting judgment and financial systems expertise to evaluate AI-generated outputs and training data.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting or FP&A with substantial responsibilities.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero or Dynamics 365.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in AI training or data evaluation is required.
• Fluent English (B2 level or above).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and accounting treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close workpapers.
• Identify accounting errors and provide corrections with clear rationale.
• Assess accounting workflows and financial systems logic across ERP platforms.
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.
