Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Financial Systems & Accounting Expert to join as a contractor. You will evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs, review financial statements, and assess ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, and Dynamics 365.

The role requires strong accounting judgment, data evaluation experience, and English proficiency. You will annotate and correct entries, support month-end close, and provide actionable feedback to improve AI model performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, or FP&A is required.
• Proven ability to prepare or review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with major financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365, Workday).
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial controls and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, calculations, journal entries, and treatments.
• Review and annotate financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end workpapers.
• Identify errors, misstatements, and inconsistencies and provide corrective rationale.
• Assess financial workflows and systems logic across platforms (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Dynamics 365).
• Apply rubrics to evaluate, rank, and grade AI-generated responses.
• Create realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model performance and accounting accuracy.
• Support financial processes from transaction recording through month-end close and reporting.

Role Overview

micro1 is engaging Financial Systems & Accounting Experts to support a customer project focused on accounting operations, financial reporting, and ERP systems. You'll apply your accounting judgment and financial systems expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs and training data.

Prior experience in AI training or human-data work is required. Simply using AI features within accounting software does not qualify.

Scope of Work

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial accounting, corporate accounting, audit, bookkeeping, financial reporting, management accounting, cost accounting, or FP&A with substantial accounting responsibilities.
• Proven experience preparing or reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intacct, Dynamics 365, Workday, or comparable financial systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with tools such as BlackLine, Bill.com, Ramp, Brex, Stripe, Avalara, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
• Prior paid experience in AI training, data annotation, labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading is required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2 level or above).
• Ability to work independently and meet project quality standards and deadlines.
