AgileEngine in Mendoza, Argentina seeks a seasoned Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. You will leverage 4+ years of BI experience, strong SQL, and Snowflake/SAP sources, with upper-intermediate English.

The role emphasizes agile collaboration with remote and distributed teams, delivering scalable analytics, and promoting data-driven decision making across the organization.

Competenze

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Excellent business analysis and requirements-gathering abilities.

Mansioni

• Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform, including Snowflake and SAP HANA sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Improve data quality, consistency, and reliability with business data owners and tech teams.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed and remote teams.
