Job summary

Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own both automated and manual testing for desktop and mobile apps. You’ll build and maintain test automation, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and work with developers and product teams to ensure high quality releases.

Responsibilities include regression testing, bug triage, and contributing to test strategy. Experience with AI tools in QA is a plus; remote work is available globally.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA automation and manual testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for desktop or web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation.
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing.
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments.
• Report bugs with clear steps to reproduce and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with developers, product, and QA to improve testability.
