Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a bank executive.
• Knowledge of retail lending products in the region.
• An entrepreneurial drive and personal resilience.
• Expertise in building risk models, managing credit decisioning, and overseeing regulatory engagement.
• An understanding of credit portfolio performance.
• The ability to recruit and lead a team.
• The ability to think and reason logically.

Responsibilities

• Building and leading a local team to define and implement the lending strategy in the region.
• Overseeing branch activities and the overall risk of the local loan portfolio.
• Managing regulatory relationships.
• Establishing and executing the territory’s underwriting, portfolio management, and collections policy and activity.
• Interacting with regulators and local authorities.
