PartnerOne in Argentina is seeking an experienced Engineer to lead performance engineering efforts ensuring system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness across distributed cloud environments.

This role involves designing testing strategies and collaborating with various teams to validate production readiness while optimizing performance for high-availability cloud deployments, primarily within Azure and Kubernetes (AKS).

The position requires strong skills in performance metrics analysis and the ability to mentor offshore staff.

Descripción del empleo

This Engineer will be responsible to lead the enterprise performance engineering efforts to ensure system scalability, stability, reliability, and responsiveness across distributed cloud and hybrid environments. Responsible for designing and executing load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing strategies while identifying bottlenecks across applications, APIs, databases, and infrastructure. Works closely with Architecture, DevOps, QA, and Development teams to validate production readiness, optimize system performance, and support high-availability cloud deployments within Azure and AKS environments.
