Job summary

Catalyst Capital Holdings is seeking a People & Culture Specialist to lead end-to-end recruiting and HR administration across five entities, with a direct line to the group’s People & Culture Manager. You will manage concurrent searches, build pipelines, and ensure compliant, timely onboarding and offboarding processes.

You’ll work in a fully remote, internation-al team, coordinating with managers across EST and CET hours, while maintaining HR records and reporting across the group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting or HR operations across multiple entities.
• Experience with onboarding, offboarding, contracts and payroll inputs.
• Comfortable working asynchronously across EST/CET time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple entities and brands.
• Administer HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and records.
• Maintain Workable pipeline hygiene and live recruiting reports.
• Coordinate reference checks and offer language with entity-specific comp. structures.
• Ensure consistent onboarding across entities and strict confidentiality.
