• Own end-to-end full-cycle recruiting across five entities.
• Source and build warm pipelines for high-volume roles.
• Coordinate with department leads and hiring managers.
• Maintain HRIS and Workable pipeline hygiene and reporting.
• Draft offers and manage onboarding and offboarding.
