Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for its Argentina entity. The role involves reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external accounting firms to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations per internal policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and withholdings perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and assist audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May perform tasks for other foreign entities.
