Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting for the Argentina entity, handling reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow, and audit support from a home-based setting.

The role requires a bachelor’s in accounting or business administration, at least 3 years of experience in accounting, and strong English; familiarity with multi-country environments is a plus. Flexible schedule and confidential handling of data are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record accounting entries and allocations per internal policies.
• Monitor tax withholdings and deductions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Support audit processes and assist with annual audit.
