Indero is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. You will perform reconciliations, manage vendor payments, assist with monthly cash flow, and coordinate with external accounting firms to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration, at least 3 years in accounting, experience in multinational environments, strong English, and proficiency

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting roles.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments is preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations per policy.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and schedule related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
