Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a mid level Paid Media Specialist to own paid media execution across a portfolio of eCommerce clients for a fast growing, AI driven digital agency and certified Shopify Experts team.

This hands-on role plans, launches, optimizes and scales campaigns across Meta, Google and Pinterest, manages budgets and reports results to clients, with English proficiency and 40 hours per week aligned to Spain CET hours.

Competenze

• 2–4 years managing paid campaigns for eCommerce in an agency setting.
• Solid knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem and eCommerce environments.
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads and Merchant Center.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple accounts.

Mansioni

• Plan, launch, optimize and scale campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads and other paid channels.
• Manage and allocate budgets across clients to hit pacing and ROAS/CPA goals.
• Build Looker Studio dashboards and client reports; track and optimize performance.
