Formación

• Expert-level mastery of ClickUp, including automations, custom fields and dashboards.
• Proven experience extracting data and integrating systems, e.g., Aspire, into other platforms.
• Practical experience using Claude or similar LLMs to automate content, data analysis or synthesis tasks.
• Strong financial data modeling skills bridging raw numbers with project actions.
• Dedicated, noise-free remote home office with reliable internet and backup power.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain automated pipelines to extract budget-to-actual data from Aspire into the project management ecosystem.
• Create and deploy automated ClickUp workflows translating high-level tasks into actionable items.
• Leverage Claude to generate intelligent daily briefings and status reports.
• Audit workflows to identify bottlenecks and replace with scalable automation logic.
• Build dashboards for real-time project health, resource allocation, and budget performance.
