Zyte Group is seeking an IT Automation & Platform Engineer to architect and operate the internal technology ecosystem powering a globally distributed company. You will design automated workflows, integrate SaaS systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, and finance tools, and build internal tools and AI-driven processes to improve operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes code-first automation, security, and scalable internal IT at Zyte. Remote work within a distributed team is supported.

Formación

• 8+ years in IT/Platform or related engineering roles, incl. 3+ years in senior internal systems/automation at a SaaS/tech company
• Strong scripting/programming ability in Python, Go, Bash, Node.js
• Experience operating GCP & AWS environments (VPCs, IAM, EC2/S3)
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth, webhooks, SaaS SDKs/integration frameworks
• Deep knowledge of macOS and Linux environments
• Experience with SSO/SAML/SCIM provisioning and identity automation
• Experience supporting security/compliance audits (ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR)
• Experience in remote-first/global teams preferred

Responsabilidades

• Architect and operate Zyte's internal automation platform and IT ecosystem
• Design reliable workflows and data synchronization across SaaS stacks
• Write automation scripts and build internal tooling (CLI, services, integrations)
• Develop AI-powered internal workflows and copilots for internal SaaS use
• Build and maintain API-driven integrations between business systems (CRM, finance, HR)
• Create internal tools for onboarding, access management, dashboards, and operations
• Enable secure, scalable internal IT with Zero Trust concepts and governance
