Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Marketing Channel Delivery Manager for LATAM Cluster Markets to lead marketing channel and samples services across Argentina, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador and Central America & Caribbean. This role partners with local brand and marketing teams, BOPs, Digital and Commercial Excellence teams to design digital and samples strategies aligned with global standards and compliance.

The role requires managing omnichannel campaigns, governance of the PfizerPro portal, and high-volume

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital or omnichannel marketing, marketing operations or commercial operations.
• Experience in medical samples management and its compliance requirements is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English and Spanish; ability to work across Americas time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with local brand, marketing and customer-facing teams.
• Build and maintain a clear plan per market with defined success metrics.
• Translate global standards into actionable plans for markets and drive adoption and compliance.
• Partner with GOSC Delivery team to ensure timely, accurate execution of channel and samples services.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Medical, Legal, Compliance, Digital and other functions to meet approvals and standards.
• Lead training for marketing and customer-facing colleagues on channel and samples platforms.
• Use data, dashboards and KPIs to evaluate performance and demonstrate value.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
