Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in digital or omnichannel marketing, marketing operations or commercial operations.
• Experience in medical samples management and its compliance requirements is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics into action.

• Develop relationships with local brand, marketing and customer-facing teams to understand market priorities.
• Build a market plan per country, defining where services add value and how success is measured.
• Translate global standards into actionable plans, driving adoption, compliance and consistency.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure timely, accurate execution and manage escalations.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Medical, Legal, Compliance, Digital and other functions to ensure approvals.
