Job summary

Conexwest, a fast-growing shipping container company, is seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our finance team. You’ll manage day-to-day bookkeeping in NetSuite, including A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and journal entries, ensuring records are accurate and organized.

You’ll collaborate with sales and operations to align numbers, support monthly close, prepare reports, and contribute to general accounting tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• NetSuite experience is required.
• Strong Excel and organizational skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-friendly.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping in NetSuite (A/P, A/R, reconciliations, and journal entries).
• Keep financial records accurate and organized.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure alignment.
