Sterlington PLLC is seeking an experienced legal contract reviewer for a 100% remote, independent contractor role. You will own final quality on high-volume commercial agreements, review AI-assisted first passes, and apply client playbooks before final QC sign-off.

The role emphasizes fast turnaround, strict adherence to playbooks, and the ability to identify risks in standard transactions while working solitarily in EST-time hours.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in legal contract review, including NDA review under US or UK law.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted review workflows and applying legal judgment to AI outputs.
• Ability to work accurately from detailed playbooks and client instructions.
• Comfort operating independently in a fully remote, fixed-schedule role.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial review of high-volume commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements).
• Verify and correct AI-generated first-pass markups with your legal judgment.
• Apply client playbooks consistently and escalate beyond established guidance to QC.
• Identify confidentiality and commercial risks in standard transactions.
• Maintain accurate ticket status and ensure smooth handoffs across shifts.
