Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in La Plata to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. You will write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback to help train AI coding assistants.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract role with flexible hours (10–40 per week). You should be proficient in multiple languages, understand data structures, and communicate decisions clearly.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to explain technical decisions clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Write, debug, and optimize code across languages and domains.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness and efficiency.
• Identify bugs, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured feedback explaining code quality and reasoning.
• Design prompts and edge cases to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your schedule.
• Rank and compare multiple AI solutions based on engineering quality.
