YO IT Consulting is seeking a Contract Specialist to draft, review, and tailor commercial agreements for a remote role. You will handle MSAs, lease, IP licensing, and marketing contracts while ensuring legal accuracy and practical business use.

Ideal candidates possess commercial attorney credentials, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.

Formación

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with contract drafting experience.
• Familiar with MSAs, lease, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication; clear contractual language.
• Ability to adapt documents for real-world scenarios.
• Experience with remote collaboration and autonomous work.
• Detail-oriented to ensure compliance with laws and best practices.

Job Description

Role Title: Contract Specialist

Scope Of Work

• Draft, review, and provide high-quality templates, samples, and annotated examples of the following agreement types:
• Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Lease Agreements
• Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing Agreements
• Marketing Agreements
• Licensing Agreements
• Ensure all agreements reflect current legal standards, industry best practices, and practical commercial use cases.
• Submit well-structured, high-quality documents that contribute to the project's AI training dataset.
• Communicate promptly and professionally, both in writing and verbally, to clarify requirements and deliverables as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
• Working knowledge of standard commercial agreements, including MSAs, lease agreements, IP and marketing contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy in contractual language.
• Demonstrated ability to create or adapt legal documents for practical, real-world scenarios.
• Experience with remote collaboration and delivering assignments autonomously.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure agreements comply with relevant laws and best practices.
• Interest or background in legal operations, technology, or AI-enabled platforms is a plus.
