YO IT Consulting is seeking a General Counsel for a remote contract role. The candidate will create, review, and refine contract negotiation playbooks, draft and annotate commercial agreements, and provide expert commentary on best practices for contract management and negotiation strategies.

Ideal candidates have extensive General Counsel experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to deliver actionable insights for AI training purposes.

Formación

• Experience as a General Counsel or similar senior legal role focused on contract negotiation playbooks.
• Strong track record drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with corporate clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

• Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback to enhance system understanding and output.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current or prior experience as a General Counsel, Deputy General Counsel, or Assistant General Counsel with a strong focus on contract negotiation playbooks.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial contract drafting, negotiation, and management within corporate environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Knowledge of industry-standard practices for contract review and risk assessment.
• Experience developing or utilizing contract negotiation playbooks specifically designed for companies.
• Familiarity with document-driven project assignments, including sourcing and submitting eligible materials.
• Ability to work independently and deliver concise, actionable insights for AI training purposes.
