Hire Hangar is seeking a Senior MSP Technical Support Specialist for a remote role aligned to US time zones. You will independently own complex tickets, manage Microsoft 365/Azure environments, and oversee endpoint security, networking, and backups across multi-tenant clients.

You will mentor junior staff, ensure SLA-driven operations, and maintain thorough documentation. Strong MSP background, hands-on security tooling, and multi-vendor networking are essential.

Competenze

• Prior MSP experience is required.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra.
• Experience with RMM/PSA platforms (Syncro, ConnectWise, Autotask).
• Hands-on EDR/MDR endpoint security experience.
• Solid networking with Meraki, Unifi, Aruba, and CheckPoint.
• Able to own a ticket queue with minimal escalation.
• Clear English, available during US Central business hours.

Mansioni

• Own and triage the ticket queue end-to-end.
• Administer M365 and Azure/Entra environments, MFA, SSO, Intune.
• Manage endpoint security tools (EDR/MDR).
• Monitor email security and use security tools.
• Oversee backup and disaster recovery operations.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking across multiple vendors.
• Maintain documentation for systems and environments.
• Mentor junior staff and provide escalation guidance.
