Tether is seeking an Automation QA Engineer to own automated and manual testing for desktop and mobile apps. You will design, implement, and maintain robust test suites and collaborate with developers, product, and AI tooling to ensure high quality releases.

You will integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), run in real devices, and investigate failures to reduce flaky tests while maintaining regression coverage. Remote-friendly, global team.

Competenze

• 4+ years in QA automation
• Hands-on manual and exploratory testing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Gherkin for behavior-driven development
• Experience with prompt engineering and harness engineering
• Experience building Agentic skills focused on Quality Engineering

Mansioni

• Build and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable
• Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments
• Report clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes
• Work with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria
• Perform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features
