Job summary

ENG is a leading BIM-focused company offering remote work worldwide. We are seeking a Modeler or BIM Specialist to create accurate BIM models for MEP trades (mechanical and plumbing) and review designs to ensure constructibility and quality.

You’ll work autonomously, identify conflicts, and coordinate with the team to meet client expectations. Requirements include at least 3 years’ experience modeling piping, plumbing, or HVAC in Revit; Revit and Navisworks proficiency; advanced English; a

Qualifications

Advanced English required, both spoken and written.
3+ years of experience modeling piping, plumbing, or HVAC in Revit.
Architects can be considered only if they have extensive experience modeling and coordinating MEP trades.

Responsibilities

Create accurate BIM models for MEP trades (Mechanical and Plumbing).
Review specifications and design information to ensure models are constructible and high quality.
Identify and resolve conflicts during modeling and ensure final product meets client expectations.
