Job summary

ConnectyBIM is seeking BIM Modelers with hands-on experience in Electrical and Mechanical / Process Piping modeling. You will translate project documentation into accurate BIM models using Revit, perform BIM coordination, and support projects with detailed technical instructions and markups.

The role requires proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, strong English communication, and willingness to work on international projects following US standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Electrical and/or Mechanical / Process Piping BIM modeling.
• Experience developing BIM models in Revit based on project documentation, drawings, plans, markups, submittals, diagrams, and technical instructions.
• Experience with BIM Modeling and Coordination.
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Ability to understand project documentation and translate it into accurate MEP models.
• Intermediate to Advanced English communication skills.
• Full-time availability.
• Experience working on U.S. projects and standards preferred.
• Spool creation experience advantageous for Process Piping.
• For Electrical BIM profiles, experience modeling from single-line diagrams, technical drawings, floor plans and markups.
• For Mechanical / Process Piping, experience developing models from technical drawings, project plans, markups, submittals.

We’re Hiring: Electrical & Mechanical / Process Piping BIM Modelers

We are currently looking for BIM professionals to join international Electrical and Mechanical / Process Piping projects.

For our current openings, we are specifically looking for professionals with hands-on experience developing BIM models from project design information and technical documentation, rather than profiles focused primarily on Scan to BIM workflows.

• Experience in Electrical and/or Mechanical / Process Piping BIM modeling
• Experience developing BIM models in Revit based on project documentation, drawings, plans, markups, submittals, diagrams, and technical instructions
• Experience with BIM Modeling and Coordination
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
• Ability to understand project documentation and translate it into accurate MEP models
• Intermediate to Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to participate in technical conversations with Job Captains, Project Leaders, and client teams
• Full-time availability
• Experience working on U.S. projects and standards is preferred.
• Spool creation experience is considered an advantage for Process Piping positions.
• For Electrical BIM profiles, we are looking for experience modeling from documentation such as single-line diagrams, technical drawings, floor plans, and markups, developing systems including conduits, cable trays, junction boxes, equipment, and related elements.
• For Mechanical / Process Piping profiles, we are looking for experience developing models from technical drawings, project plans, markups, submittals, and other project documentation.
