Job summary

ENG, a BIM services company, seeks BIM Specialists focusing on Mechanical, HVAC, and Plumbing to support multiple business units. You’ll start in a vendor-based model with a path to staff at ENG for high performance. This is a full-time role and requires you to have your own computer/laptop.

Ideal candidates have strong Revit skills (LOD 350–400) for HVAC/Plumbing, Navisworks coordination, 2–3+ years BIM experience, and advanced English for international collaboration. NEC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of HVAC systems including ductwork, sheet metal, hydronic and refrigerant piping.
• Solid understanding of plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary and vent.
• 2–3+ years of experience in BIM, construction, or mechanical/plumbing environments.
• Advanced English (spoken and written) with ability to communicate with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Model HVAC and Plumbing systems in Revit (LOD 350–400).
• Coordinate using Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
• Contribute to BIM models for mechanical and plumbing disciplines in active projects.
