Placements24 is seeking a proficient Remote BIM Coordinator to manage and develop BIM processes for construction projects, enabling coordination from any location.

You will implement BIM standards, coordinate models from architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, run clash detection, and maintain BEPs while supporting remote teams through training and guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, 4D scheduling, and 5D cost integration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote teamwork.
• Ability to manage tasks and projects effectively in a remote work environment.

About the Role
