ENG is seeking a Modeler or BIM Specialist to create accurate BIM models for the MEP trades, focusing on piping, plumbing, and HVAC in Revit. You will review design information to ensure constructibility and high quality, working autonomously to resolve conflicts and meet client expectations.

The role offers remote work with flexibility and a compensation package in USD, reflecting experience and market norms for a global BIM service provider.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience modeling piping, plumbing, or HVAC in Revit.
• Experience with Revit and Navisworks; BIM coordination, clash reports, QA/QC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate BIM models for MEP trades (Mechanical and Plumbing).
• Review specifications and design information to ensure constructibility and high quality.
• Identify and resolve conflicts during the modeling process and ensure the final product meets client expectations.
