Job summary

Trivium is seeking a highly creative Marketing Manager to elevate our brands across medical aesthetics, consulting, and the founder’s personal brand. You will be the hands-on implementer turning ideas into finished content, campaigns and creatives using our existing library.

This 100% remote, full-time role covers content creation, channel management, email campaigns, paid creatives, and managing the marketing tech stack, while collaborating with the Marketing Lead to scale output and preserve

Qualifications

• 2+ years creating and posting content and managing social channels for brands.
• Experience with ad creatives for paid social (Meta, TikTok or YouTube ads).
• Strong writing skills to craft emails and captions.

Responsibilities

• Create new content from the existing library (short-form video, reels, carousels, posts, graphics).
• Schedule, publish and manage content across social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Write and build emails and campaigns, with final review by Marketing Lead.
• Produce creatives for paid ads and campaigns (static, video concepts, hooks, copy).
• Manage content pipeline end to end; ensure edits and delivery on time.
• Own the marketing tech stack; setup, troubleshoot and maintain tools and platforms.
• Use AI tools to scale output while preserving brand voice.
• Expand system to new brands (medical aesthetics, consulting, founder’s personal brand).
• Track engagement, reach, email and ad metrics; share weekly updates.
