Job summary

Trivium is seeking a Marketing Manager who will actively turn ideas into content, campaigns and creatives across several brands, starting with a medical aesthetics brand and expanding to consulting and the founder’s personal brand. You will own hands-on content production, repurposing existing assets and publishing across channels, with a strong focus on results and execution.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Lead to ideate, write and publish emails, manage paid creatives and ensure timely

Qualifications

• Very creative with a strong eye for content, design and hooks.
• Proven track record of executing at high volume without waiting for instructions.
• Experience creating and posting content and managing social channels for brands.

Responsibilities

• Create new content from the existing library across brands (short-form video, reels, carousels, posts).
• Schedule, publish and manage content across social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
• Write and build emails and campaigns, with IDEation provided by Marketing Lead.
• Develop creatives for paid ads and marketing campaigns (static, video concepts, hooks).
• Manage the content pipeline end-to-end, ensuring timely edits and quality.
• Own the marketing tech stack: scheduling tools, design/editing software, emails, CRMs, AI tools.
• Use AI tools to scale output while preserving brand voice.
• Execute multi-brand strategies: start with the medical aesthetics brand, expand to consulting and founder's personal brand.
• Track engagement, reach, email and ad metrics; provide weekly updates to Marketing Lead.
