Med School Insiders is hiring a Marketing Manager to own MSI's core marketing projects end to end, including paid acquisition, social media, and email across three brands. You will drive campaigns from brief to dashboard and convert half-formed directions into live initiatives by Friday.

You will own Meta, TikTok, and Google ads, optimize funnels from click to call, set up landing pages, and measure CAC, ROAS, and lead quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing, with 3+ years owning Meta media buying at $20K+/month in spend.
• Demonstrated TikTok Ads competence with case studies.
• Experience owning a marketing function end-to-end, not just executing tasks.
• Experience connecting paid funnels to a sales motion (booking flows, calls, VSL).
• Proven growth of social accounts with measurable results.
• Strong written English and comfortable with async communication.

Responsabilités

• Own MSI core marketing projects from plan to result: scope, timeline, owners, launch, and reporting.
• Convert direction from the CEO/strategy advisor into executed campaigns, briefs, and timelines.
• Own the marketing calendar against admissions seasonality.
• Run the weekly marketing meeting and drive accountability on action items.
• Manage paid ads end to end across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Design landing pages and optimize conversion paths for campaigns.
• Forecast CAC, ROAS, lead volumes, and report risks or tradeoffs.
• Maintain tags, pixels, and tracking in GTM and WooCommerce; own attribution.
