Job summary

Poppy AI is seeking a highly creative Marketing Manager to elevate our brands through hands-on content production and AI-powered marketing. You will own creation, editing and publishing across our portfolio, starting with a medical aesthetics brand and expanding to consulting and the founder's personal brand.

You will manage content pipelines, channel presence, email campaigns and paid creatives, working with the Marketing Lead to turn ideas into results.

Qualifications

• Very creative with strong eye for content, design and hooks.
• Doer mentality with proven track record of high-volume execution.
• 2+ years creating and posting content and managing social channels for brands.
• Ad creative experience for paid social (Meta, TikTok or YouTube).
• Strong email copywriting to turn ideas into polished emails and captions.
• Highly organized project management, keeping editors and deadlines on track.
• Advanced English—exceptional written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Create new content from existing library for each brand.
• Manage posting across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn.
• Write and build emails and campaigns; own writing and execution.
• Create creatives for paid ads and campaigns.
• Manage content pipeline end-to-end with editors.
• Own marketing tech stack and tools; troubleshoot and maintain.
• Apply AI tools to scale output without losing brand voice.
• Execute multi-brand system across brands.
• Track engagement and share weekly updates with Marketing Lead.
